How to Register for Affordable Rented Housing

When you register for housing, we aim to assess your application within 10 workings days. Once you have successfully registered for housing, you will receive a welcome letter telling you which band you are in and the reason why. You will also receive a Scheme User Guide. For more information on the bands, please click on Allocation Scheme.

Has Anything Changed?
You must keep us informed about any changes in your circumstances, e.g. adding or removing people on your application, change of address, employment status etc. This is very important, as it could result in a change to your band or your eligibility for certain types of properties. You can download the Change of Circumstances form by clicking on Change of Circumstances
IMPORTANT - You must save your completed form on your computer and return it to us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
