Helping you find a home to rent or buy
Monmouthshire Homesearch is a partnership between Monmouthshire County Council, and the three largest housing associations operating in the county. The partnership offers homes at affordable social housing rents, intermediate/market rents, and low cost home ownership schemes.
On this website, you will be able to register for housing and see what homes are available to rent or buy.
To register for affordable accommodation with a housing association, click on:
If you are interested in low cost home ownership, click on:

If you interested in intermediate/market rents, click on:
If you are homeless, or threatened with homelessness, and need accommodation urgently, click on:
If you fill in an online form, or bid for a home online, the information you give will be recorded, held, organised and used as part of the housing process by the relevant landlord.
The online housing registration form is used to: start your housing registration; assess the type of property you would be suitable for; help decide your level of housing priority.
The information will be held securely and treated confidentially. You have the legal right to see your housing application file. Contact Monmouthshire Homesearch for more information to do this.
Monmouthshire Homesearch landlords may use data from the website to help build statistical information about housing needs and demands - this statistical information will not describe individual cases, or list individual applicants.
The landlords will only disclose the information you give to certain relevant people or organisations as part of the housing process – such as other Monmouthshire Homesearch landlords; health authorities; the probation service; MPs; and other housing authorities including elected members, board members, social services and your previous landlords.
